Game Elements
Earning Tokens and Burning Mechanisms
EST Tokens: EST is primary and fully internal currency of the game and are used for a variety of in-game actions such as Leveling Up, Minting. Users can earn these tokens by engaging in gameplay, specifically through the amount of Internet data they consume during a set period of time. The actual amount of tokens earned is calculated using a formula that takes into account the amount of data used and a multiplier factor, known as Efficiency.
ENT Tokens: These are a more premium form of currency within the game. Mining of these tokens becomes available once a player reaches Level 25. The distribution of these tokens is managed using a daily supply limit, ensuring that players cannot mine more than this daily amount. The mining process is akin to that of cryptocurrency mining, with a specific formula used to calculate the amount of tokens a player can earn based on various factors like total available token supply, total mined tokens, total mined megabytes in 3 minutes, efficiency factor based on NFT quality, and the number of current miners.
Burning: The game also incorporates token burning mechanisms for both EST and ENT tokens. This occurs when certain milestones are achieved, such as reaching specific levels. Burning also happens during the process of leveling up an eSIM NFT and minting new eSIM NFTs of any rarity. This mechanism serves to regulate the supply of tokens in circulation, providing a form of deflationary pressure that can potentially increase the value of the remaining tokens.
